For College and Career Month, Broward County Public Schools will host an in-person College Fairfrom 6-8 p.m. on Oct. 27 at Nova Southeastern University.

Colleges will be sending representatives who are looking for the right students for their institutions.

To help juniors and seniors plan their lives after high school, BCPS has also created a Canvas course called the College and Career Corner. The site hosted a live FAFSA info session on Oct. 12.

College Fair requires students and universities to register ahead of time.

BCPS provides a checklist for what students should do before they attend, while they’re attending and after.

“We want students to explore the different paths to exciting destinations and to confidently craft the path to their futures,” the BCPS Strategic Plan for 2022 states “There are four main paths students may choose to take after high school. We call these the four E’s- Enroll, Enlist, Employ & Explore!”

College Career & Signing Day is scheduled to commemorate students who choose one of these 4 E’s.

Additional information about College Fair is posted on the Broward County Public Schools website as well as its Twitter.
