PTSA launches new logo

The PTSA has revised its logo and will begin to use it next school year, According to president Tracey Morganelli.

“Usually, Pompano (PTSA) would release a new logo every year,” Morganelli said. “The past few years — since COVID — we haven’t changed it, So the PTSA board came together and voted on the top two new designs for next year.”

The logo’s first appearance was during freshman registration for the Class of 2027. Merchandise with the logo was printed and made available for purchase during the two nights.

“We printed the two new designs for the incoming freshmen, and the sales were amazing,” Morganelli said. “We made roughly $3,000 in two nights.”

The sales from freshmen registration will go towards PTSA projects. Some upcoming ones include the Senior Breakfast and Teacher Appreciation Week.
