The drama club put on an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ play on April 12 and 13 but due to the rain, night two was rescheduled to April 18. I attended night two and overall I thought the play was fun.

One thing I wasn’t too fond of was during the whole play freshman Aliyah Bilu (who played Alice) had hair in her face the whole time, so it was hard to see her facial expressions, which is really crucial when acting. Besides that her acting was great. She was a good choice for the lead.

Junior Jessica Russo (the Duchess) and sophomore Belle Williams (the Queen of Hearts) were phenomenal. I thought they portrayed their characters the best and really got into character.

All of the performers really brought the show to life, all were charming and charismatic. The set was also great, the door and table set up made me feel like I was in Wonderland, and the crew moved swiftly in the dark.
