Between toilet paper and baby wipes, the worry of the coronavirus has been making certain items fly off the shelves. One notable one has been the Nintendo Switch.
With quarantine trapping everyone in the house, everyone from tired parents to bored teenagers have been buying the Nintendo Switch from any seller to keep them occupied. If the Switch hadn’t already been a great seller before, it certainly is now as they are sold out everywhere from physical sellers to digital storefronts. Now, the only way to buy one is to pay a 50-200% mark up.
With being in quarantine, getting a Switch so I can finally play Animal Crossing has been my biggest goal. Between refreshing the GameStop website to following a stock informer, the utter drag of everyday has been halted with my motivation to finally buy a Nintendo Switch.
