This quarantine has brought both good and bad things along with it. Everyone has been dealing with it in their way and using this newly acquired free time for different things. I personally have been trying to rest and give myself a breather. Of course, this situation isn’t ideal, but by using some time to relax, I have started to feel a lot better. I’ve started to exercise and work on some skills that I’d like to get better at. I try to stay away from focusing too much on the virus and more on the activities I can partake in while I’m inside. Although the virus is scary, I would like to stay positive and use this time for good rather than allowing fear and anxiety to ruin my time. I hope that more people can think positively and start to enjoy their time inside because it has brought me many benefits.
