Senior midfielder Pedro De Lana scored both goals in the boys soccer team’s 2-1 victory on Jan. 24 against North Miami Beach in the first round of the district playoffs. The team then they lost in the second round Jan. 27 6-0 against Somerset Academy.

“This season could probably be described as a difficult but fun season,” junior defender Marcos Lis said. “Even if this season was a rough one we as a team made memories together, and laughed as a team even through the hard losses. Our first district game we pulled off with the win, but unfortunately our season came to a close in our second game. We fought hard and that’s all that matters.” 

The team finished with an overall record of 3-14-1.
